The Process

The process is applied to companies under increasing visibility, strategic consequence, and institutional exposure.

The objective is to identify where external interpretation has drifted away from the level at which the company now operates. 

The process combines leadership interviews, review of externally visible materials, and direct evaluation of the signals shaping perceived operating level.

It produces a calibrated direction so execution can proceed with substantially greater coherence from the beginning.

The process is intentionally bounded.
